A leading CPG company with numerous household brands was searching for strategic growth opportunities related to the kitchen. Venture2 was asked to identify complementary players and to facilitate collaborative opportunities.
Venture2 mapped and screened complementary categories and players leading to the identification and recruitment of executives from six into the collaborative program. We conducted collaborative summits to surface collective insights and identify promising opportunities. Multiple areas of common interest across the companies were identified with one being selected for continued exploration. Several different pairings of participants were identified and also pursued.
