A consortium of leading consumer brands came together in search of new cross-company approaches to deliver consumer utility on mobile devices. A new venture, ThirdScreen Marketplace was created to launch and manage this mobile-focused collaborative network.
Working with leading brand companies, we conducted a large-scale consumer immersion process. We then leveraged proprietary open innovation platforms to find and vet over 160 mobile technology providers. Demo Days were conducted with the consortium members to select final ‘short list’ partners. We developed comprehensive business plans and financial models for several major platform business opportunities.
